How the Co-op Works

Our Cooperative Membership & Network Agreement ensures all members understand:

  • Our Purpose: Which is to facilitate specialization & cooperation in staffing.
  • Ownership Model: Legally, Fuse is owned & managed by our staffing firm members.
  • Refunded Profits: Fuse operates like a non-profit, with annual profits refunded to our members.
  • Partner Promises: We have agreed upon behaviors, and consequences for violating them.
  • That We All Cooperate: In a facilitated recruitment network, which features:
    • Verification of vendor’s businesses, and candidate’s information
    • Monitoring and facilitating of agreed upon behaviors between members
    • Equitable sharing of costs, and equitable distributions of benefits
    • Incentives for helpful behaviors, and disincentives for unhelpful behaviors
    • A consolidated Corp-to-Corp billing process that is managed by Fuse
    • Fair and inclusive decision making in areas that affect members
    • Fast and fair dispute resolution with a trained facilitator
